項目背景/Background
該項目是當地一家地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)企業(yè)的自用辦公樓，建筑位于兩條城市主干道交叉口，六層的中等體量，周邊以建成社區為主。
This project is an office building of a local real estate development company, located at the intersection of two major urban roads, with a medium volume of six floors, surrounded mainly by established communities.
項目原來(lái)已經(jīng)有方案并已進(jìn)場(chǎng)施工，但業(yè)主認為原方案玻璃面太多不盡理想，需要在結構與平面均不大動(dòng)的條件下提升，既需要發(fā)揮想象力，同時(shí)也要充分考慮現實(shí)性。
The original situation of the project is a construction site with too much glass surface, which was not ideal for the client. The original design needs to be improved without significantly change the structure and layout, but also requires imagination and practical issues.
玻璃盒子建筑在國外有較多成功案例，如墨西哥Bioinnova教學(xué)樓，若干大尺度懸挑的玻璃盒子互相穿插，體現高技、個(gè)性的建筑形象。但在國內，尤其三四線(xiàn)城市，理想方案的實(shí)施面臨很多現實(shí)問(wèn)題：如開(kāi)窗對立面的影響、西曬問(wèn)題、施工精度等，這些因素都會(huì )讓項目的落地效果大打折扣。
There are many successful cases of glass box building abroad, such as the Bioinnova Teaching Building in Mexico, where several large-scale cantilevered glass boxes are interwoven, reflecting a high-tech and personalized architectural image. However, in China, especially in small cities, the implementation of ideal plan faces many practical problems, such as the impact of window opening, western sun exposure, construction accuracy, etc., which can greatly reduce the actual effect of the project.
考慮到施工現狀與業(yè)主希望改造方案能充分結合實(shí)際需求，我們提出“漂浮的盒子”概念，不追求建筑本身的張揚，而是通過(guò)建筑體量與內部功能的重新梳理，實(shí)現“形式追隨功能”的樸素原則。
Considering the current construction status and the client's requirements, we proposed the concept of the "Floating Boxes", not pursuing the exaggeration of the building itself, but reorganizing the building volume and internal functions and achieving the principle of "form follows function".
“漂浮的盒子"/Floating Boxes
建筑保留原有體量關(guān)系，重新梳理功能，將不同樓層與因懸挑而形成的室外空間結合；在立面上舍棄“純凈、完美”的玻璃盒子意向，以深淺兩種顏色的石材對比為基調，強調出不同形體的體量感與懸浮感；
The proposal retains the original volume, and reorganizes the functions, combining the interior space with the outdoor space formed by the cantilever. It abandons the intention of the "pure and perfect" glass boxes image, and takes the contrast of two colors of stone as the keynote, emphasizing the sense of volume and suspension of different boxes.
一層分布有辦公的入口、接待空間和企業(yè)展示空間，使用連續玻璃面面對外部廣場(chǎng)和公園，保留靈活使用的可能性；二層向外懸浮并覆以深色石材，形成一層入口的“雨篷”；三層平面長(cháng)邊內退，短邊大尺度懸挑，面向城市形成豐富界面，露臺在會(huì )議期間可作為員工交流、休憩使用；四五層則是淺色石材包裹的標準樓層，呈現穩定的懸浮體量，功能為高管辦公，五層局部為大面積接待用室、廚房、私宴；屋頂層設置茶室，結合屋頂花園布置，平面退讓形成院落式布局。
The first floor is the office entrance, reception space, and corporate exhibition space, continuous glass wall faces the square and park, retaining the possibility of flexible use; the second floor suspends outward and covered with dark stone, forming a "canopy" for the entrance; the third floor is retracted on the long side, and the short side is greatly cantilevered, forming a rich interface towards the city, and the terrace are communication space during meetings; the fourth and fifth floors are standard floors wrapped in light-colored stone, presenting a stable volume, with functions for senior executives, and the fifth floor is partially a large area for reception, kitchen, and private banquets; there is a tea room on the roof, combined with the roof garden, and the plan is retreated to form a courtyard layout.
統一模數下的不同表情/Different Expressions Under a Unified Module
建筑四周的環(huán)境差異很大，東、北兩側靠近居住區，景觀(guān)資源、采光通風(fēng)條件受限，西、南兩側毗鄰廣場(chǎng)和街道，用來(lái)布置主要功能。不同盒子的不同立面，形成不同的建筑表情，以呼應外部環(huán)境與內部功能。根據原始結構，我們以1300mm作為外立面材料的基本模數，將石材、玻璃、格柵都統一在相同的模數下，控制單塊材料的尺寸，也讓不同面的建筑表情具有統一的秩序。
The environment around the building differs on every side. The east and north sides are close to the residential area, with limited landscape resources, lighting and ventilation conditions, and the west and south sides are adjacent to the square and street, which are suitable to arrange office space. Different sides of boxes give different images to echo the external environment and internal functions. According to the original structure, we take 1300mm as the basic module of the facade material, this helps unify stone, glass, and grille under the same module, control the size of a single piece of material, and also offer the architectural expressions a unified order.
建筑南側面向城市及街角廣場(chǎng)，懸浮的盒子立面通透，豎明橫隱的玻璃幕墻為室內企業(yè)展廳引入自然光線(xiàn)，也成為企業(yè)對外展示的“城市窗口“。
The south fa?ade faces the city and the corner square, and the suspended box is transparent, with a vertical clear and horizontal hidden glass curtain wall, introducing natural light into the indoor exhibition hall, and also becoming the "show window" for the enterprise.
西側面向街道，是建筑主要展示面，同時(shí)也面臨西曬的現實(shí)問(wèn)題。三角形的開(kāi)啟扇隱蔽式雙層幕墻節點(diǎn)，讓斜向玻璃避免陽(yáng)光直射，而玻璃之間的豎向格柵則隱藏了后面的開(kāi)啟扇。既滿(mǎn)足室內自然通風(fēng)的需要，也避免外立面受開(kāi)啟扇的影響，對外保持穩定的公建形象。
The west side faces the street, which is the main display surface of the building, and also has the problem of western sun exposure. The triangular hidden double-layer curtain wall node prevent the oblique glass from direct sunlight, and the vertical grille between the glasses hides the opening part behind it. It not only meets the needs of indoor natural ventilation but also avoids the impact of the facade by the opening part, maintaining a stable public building image.
北側布局輔助功能，在玻璃間設置豎向金屬格柵，增加與西側立面的統一性。
The north interior space is auxiliary functions, with vertical metal grilles between the glasses to increase the unity of the west facade.
東側面向現有住宅區，在平面上設置空調外機，立面用橫向格柵結合豎向金屬型材，并以統一模數組織起來(lái)，形成耐看并同樣具備自身表情的“背面”。
The east side faces the existing residential areas, with air conditioning units set on the plan, the facade is a combination of horizontal grilles and vertical metal profiles. Both materials are organized in a unified module, forming a "back" that is durable and expressive.
材料的對比與細節/Material Contrast and Details
淺米色啞光質(zhì)感的石材讓淺色的盒子穩定，讓建筑具備持久的品質(zhì)。石材橫向分縫拉通，豎向分縫錯開(kāi)，為建筑帶來(lái)更多豐富的細節。
The light beige matte stone makes the light-colored box stable, allowing the building a lasting quality. The stone is horizontally split through, and the vertical split is staggered, bringing rich details to the building.
深色的盒子由三種飽和度微差的深色石材自由拼貼而成，一方面產(chǎn)生純粹與變化的對比；另一方面也在近人尺度為來(lái)往行人營(yíng)造細膩的視覺(jué)感受。石材隨機變化并伴隨適度反射，在一天不同的時(shí)間投射出周邊不同的環(huán)境，建筑與環(huán)境有了更多交互。
The dark box is made up of three kinds of dark stones with slightly different saturation, which are freely pasted together. It produces a contrast between purity and change, but also creates a delicate visual experience for pedestrians. The stone changes randomly and is accompanied by moderate reflection, showing environment around it at different times of the day, and the building has more interaction with the surroundings.
企業(yè)總部辦公，除了滿(mǎn)足基本功能，也必然體現企業(yè)自身的形象。我們試圖用適當的策略，傳遞務(wù)實(shí)、理性的建筑風(fēng)格，打造企業(yè)名片，讓建筑擁有豐富的內涵。
Corporate headquarters should meet basic function requirements, also present the image of the enterprise itself. We try to apply appropriate strategies to convey a pragmatic, rational and rich architectural style, which is also a business card of the client.
