項目概況/Project Overview
項目位于上海浦東張楊路，緊鄰輕軌和城市主干道，周邊社區氛圍濃厚，作為商業(yè)地段優(yōu)越。但原有建筑風(fēng)格老舊，不滿(mǎn)足現代商業(yè)的需求，外立面需重新設計。
The project is located on Zhangyang Road in Pudong, Shanghai, adjacent to light rail and urban main roads, with a strong community atmosphere in the surrounding area, making it a superior commercial location. But the original architectural style is outdated and does not meet the needs of modern commerce, so the exterior facade needs to be redesigned.
設計策略/Design Strategy
商業(yè)建筑的改造，一方面要滿(mǎn)足現有建筑、入口、商戶(hù)等功能和現實(shí)的需求，另一方面也要重塑自身對外形象，在周邊高速變化的環(huán)境中塑造讓人記憶深刻的第一印象。設計保持建筑入口位置及體量大致不變，將沿街面通過(guò)斜向構圖，形成一個(gè)水平方向連續的整體，人流在輕軌或車(chē)上行進(jìn)時(shí)，能感受到建筑的流動(dòng)感和整體感。
The renovation of commercial buildings should not only meet the functional and practical needs of existing buildings, entrances, merchants, etc., but also reshape their external image and create a memorable first impression in the rapidly changing surrounding environment. The design maintains the entrance position and volume of the building roughly unchanged, forming a horizontal continuous whole through oblique composition along the street surface. When people travel on light rail or vehicles, they can feel the flow and overall sense of the building.
材料與肌理/Materials and Texture
在復核原有建筑的外墻荷載后，設計運用輕盈的穿孔板，降低對結構的荷載?？紤]上海城市氣質(zhì)，定制以“江面上的粼粼波光”為主題的立面肌理。穿孔板通過(guò)梯形和平行四邊形的拼裝，在外立面形成不同單元和板塊的切割與拼貼，賦予表皮的時(shí)尚感與視覺(jué)豐富度；同時(shí)控制板塊尺寸和種類(lèi)，讓看似復雜的立面構成，在工廠(chǎng)制作和施工時(shí)保持簡(jiǎn)潔及高效。
After reviewing the external wall load of the original building, lightweight perforated panels were designed to reduce the load on the structure. Considering the urban temperament of Shanghai, customize the facade texture with the theme of "shimmering waves on the river".Perforated panels are assembled with trapezoids and parallelograms to form different units and panels on the exterior facade, giving the skin a sense of fashion and visual richness; Simultaneously controlling the size and type of panels to maintain simplicity and efficiency in factory production and construction of seemingly complex facade compositions.
照明設計—“會(huì )呼吸的表皮”/Lighting Design - "Breathing Skin"
外表皮由兩種打孔板和一種鍍膜玻璃組成，通過(guò)現場(chǎng)照明調試，燈光呈現漸變效果，建筑在夜間猶如會(huì )呼吸的表皮，以低調的方式吸引客流。最終項目通過(guò)合適的策略與定制設計，在較為經(jīng)濟的前提下，打造社區型商業(yè)地標。改造后的商業(yè)憑借個(gè)性化的形象也增添了話(huà)題與客流，改造后的商業(yè)迎來(lái)客流高峰。
The exterior skin is composed of two types of perforated panels and one type of coated glass. Through on-site lighting adjustment, the lighting presents a gradient effect, and the building resembles a breathing skin at night, attracting passenger flow in a low-key way. The final project aims to create a community-based commercial landmark through appropriate strategies and customized design, while ensuring cost-effectiveness. The transformed business, with its personalized image, has also added topics and foot traffic, ushering in a peak in foot traffic.
