項目概況/Project Overview

項目位于風(fēng)景優(yōu)美的杭州西湖之畔，原有建筑為商業(yè)和辦公混合功能，同時(shí)在首層作為地鐵及公交樞紐中心。建筑主體已施工完成，外立面幕墻需做設計深化。

The project is located by the beautiful West Lake in Hangzhou, with the original building serving a mix of commercial and office functions. At the same time, the first floor serves as a hub for subway and public transportation. The main construction of the building has been completed, and the exterior curtain wall needs to be further designed.

設計策略/Design Strategy

現場(chǎng)勘察后得出兩個(gè)判斷，一由于未來(lái)商業(yè)形態(tài)以小型鋪面為主，且具體功能不確定性強，因此不適合做大面積玻璃。二是項目周邊道路較窄，行人在不同角度只能看到建筑局部，而無(wú)法看清全貌。最終設計以“湖水漣漪”為主題，采用統一的淺色鋁板，將商業(yè)裙房和辦公塔樓作為一個(gè)整體進(jìn)行立面設計。

After on-site investigation, two judgments were made. Firstly, due to the future commercial form mainly consisting of small-scale paving and strong uncertainty in specific functions, it is not suitable for large-scale glass. Secondly, the roads around the project are relatively narrow, and pedestrians can only see a partial view of the building from different angles, but cannot see the whole picture clearly. The final design is themed around "ripples in the lake water" and uses a uniform light colored aluminum plate to design the facade of the commercial podium and office tower as a whole.
