項目概況/Project Overview

項目位于昆明老城區，原有建筑因特殊的時(shí)間背景，不滿(mǎn)足當下消費需求。設計探討了局部改造，提升以及和文旅結合的可能性，對街區的整體規劃提出具體的優(yōu)化措施，同時(shí)對部分建筑提出使用意向和改造意見(jiàn)。

The project is located in the old city area of Kunming, and the original buildings do not meet the current consumer demand due to special time background. The design explores the possibility of local renovation, improvement, and integration with culture and tourism, proposes specific optimization measures for the overall planning of the block, and puts forward usage intentions and renovation suggestions for some buildings.
