項目概況/Project Overview

項目東鄰長(cháng)江，由多塊工業(yè)、商業(yè)、居住用地構成。設計提出“未來(lái)漁港小鎮”主題，利用地塊內部河道，竄連不同功能用地，將文化廣場(chǎng)、商業(yè)街區、產(chǎn)業(yè)園區與文旅項目融合，打造一個(gè)“城市微度假”空間，吸引上海周邊客流。

The project is adjacent to the Yangtze River to the east and consists of multiple industrial, commercial, and residential land parcels. The design proposes the theme of "Future Fishing Port Town", utilizing the internal river channels of the plot to connect different functional land, integrating cultural squares, commercial districts, industrial parks, and cultural tourism projects, creating a "urban micro vacation" space, and attracting passenger flow around Shanghai.
