項目概況/Project Overview

項目位于陜西省漢中市的濱江新區，別墅區面積不大，容積率不低。設計考慮如何既滿(mǎn)足容積率要求，又營(yíng)造出“城市山林”的隱逸居所。

The project is located in Binjiang New District, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. The villa area is not large and the plot ratio is not low. Design to consider how to meet the requirements of plot ratio while creating a secluded residence in urban mountains and forests.

規劃布局/Planning and Layout

地塊中央設置四棟定制獨棟，周邊局部雙拼，如此在地塊核心營(yíng)造一片透氣空間，定制獨棟也成為客戶(hù)最受歡迎的產(chǎn)品。

Four customized standalone buildings are set up in the center of the plot, with some surrounding areas being double spliced, creating a breathable space in the core of the plot. Customized standalone buildings have also become the most popular product for customers.

平面設計/Plan

融入多進(jìn)院落的園林式布局。定制獨棟圍繞六大院落組織動(dòng)線(xiàn)，步移景異。

立面設計/Facade design

相對一期的繁復中式，采取更為現代、簡(jiǎn)練的表達，用精煉的線(xiàn)條和克制的細節，彰顯建筑自身的品質(zhì)。

Compared to the complex Chinese style of the previous period, it adopts a more modern and concise expression, highlighting the quality of the building itself with refined lines and restrained details.
