First class Hiking and Mountain biking! Anyone who doesn’t care for hiking or biking up- or down-hill can just as easily use the summer cable car to go up the mountain or down into the valley. Every year the Farmer’s market with “Almabtrieb” is held in Reith in the Alpbachtal – this is a major celebration and highlight for residents and guest in the Tirol. In the “Almabtrieb” in the Tirol, cows are brought down from the alpine pastures to the valley and are festively decorated in the village.
