Steinhaus lies at 1054 m, in the middle of the Ahrntal. From the village you get direct by cable car to the Klausberg and you can enjoy skiing in winter all the way up to 2500 m. In summer it is a hiking paradise with lots of hiking paths and wonderful views, huts and Alpine pastures.
